"What Goes With
What?" (WGWW?) is a concept, a question and a statement depending
on whether you are seeking advice or offering it. In any form it
is the efforts of two easy going fellows and their intention to
share their knowledge and experience in wine and food pairing with
just about anybody who is interested. It is also their intention
to raise a glass and a morsel along with you and have a few laughs
in the process
Our site offers you information
about our wine and food matching class, What Goes with What? In
addition we will list the schedules of the occasional classes we
teach at Triton and the College of DuPage as well as our other food
and wine related services. In addition we will offer notes and thoughts
from weekly in-store tasting's held at the Wine Discount Center
on Madison Street in Forest Park, Illinois. We will also offer our
impressions of commercial wine tastings and other industry related
events such as the Restaurant Show.
