Beginning Wine Appreciation – Course CKG C46 01 - Thursdays, Sept. 12 – Oct. 10, 7-9:45 p.m. Room B-312, $80.00 (includes $40.00 lab fee).

Experience the great wines of the world. This course will focus on some of the best wines available, including sparkling and fortified wines. We’ll also discuss wine service, storage and food affinity. Bring six wine glasses to the first class.

Champagne - Course CKG  - Meets , 7-8:50 p.m. Room B-312, $40.00 (includes $30.00 lab fee)

Discover the joys of Champagne, the world’s most festive wine. This course will give you the opportunity to taste a representative cross section of Champagne styles, including brut, extra dry, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de noirs, rose and vintage from major, widely recognized producers. We’ll discuss the history of the Champagne region and how Champagnes are made. Students must be 21 years of age or older to register. Bring six Champagne flutes or stemmed glasses to class.
